Final Notes

Mobile app note: NERIS is not yet supported in the Station Boss mobile app. Support is planned for October. Until then, enter incidents via a web browser.
Do not skip steps: If you encounter an issue on a specific step, stop there and reach out to your account manager.

After completing all steps, submit a test incident and verify it appears in your NERIS portal. Once confirmed, you are officially on NERIS and should stop entering incidents into NFIRS. Complete a final NFIRS batch if needed: Batch out NFIRS incidents. Existing NFIRS reports in Station Boss will remain locked.
