3. Click the down arrow to the right of the select all check box followed by selecting "Select All Results" from the dropdown. This will check all incidents that meet the following criteria:
- Lock Status = Locked - Current Errors = 0 - Last Batched = Empty
4. Select "Actions" button and select "Batch Incidents"
5. Station Boss will email you a batch file you can download once completed OR you can wait in the current screen until the system completes the batch process and it will then open the batch file. To save the file right click anywhere and save the file as a txt file. IMPORTANT: Please do not enter any spaces in the file name or the upload will fail.
