Setup User Account To QA Incidents

This article will walk you through step by step to configure a personnel account to allow them to QA incidents. 

1. Configure your access control template first if you haven't already. To learn how to do this please CLICK HERE.

2. Next CLICK HERE to open your personnel list.

3. Either select from an existing personnel record or click the  button at the top right. 

4. Once the personnel account is configured select the "Access Control" tab.


5. Click the "Can Login"




6. Select a access control template that has permissions for incidents set to "Full Access". 

7. Press the  button. Changes may take up to 5 minutes to fully take effect.
