Configure Access Control Template To QA Incidents

This article will walk you through step by step to configure a personnel account to allow them to QA incidents. 

1. CLICK HERE to open your access control template list.

2. Either select from an existing template or create a new access control template by clicking the  at the top right of the page. (Please note you can't edit the default "System Administrator" template.)



3. Select the Permissions Tab





4. Select the Incidents Dropdown


5. Select "Full Access" from the dropdown if the user will be a QA user.  

No Access - No incident access
Read Only - Can read incidents but can't edit them.
Create / Edit - Can create incidents and edit them. Can also lock incidents for QA review but can't "Pass or Fail" the incident regarding QA. 
Full Access - Can Create, Edit, Delete and QA incidents. 

6. Press the Save button. Changes may take up to 5 minutes to fully take effect.
