Henry, TN - Station Boss officially launches our new billing portal. We've implemented our billing portal for those agencies that use multiple products from Station Boss and our sister companies. Your login information will be your email address and your password will be the password sent via text message to your phone number on file. You can change that password once you login to a password of your choice. This billing portal gives you the ability of managing your invoices, payments, payment methods, subscriptions, and support tickets. You can allow access to the portal to other personnel by contacting your account manager.
You can access the billing portal from 2 locations.
Location 1 is from within your Station Boss account. Simply click the 3 dots to the right of your screen and select the "Billing Portal" option which will redirect you to your billing portal.
Option 2 is by visiting https://stationboss.net and clicking the "Billing Portal" button from the menu.
