We're excited to share that our planned go-live date for the new NERIS module is September 1st, 2025.
In the meantime, here's what to expect:
Next week, you'll receive an email preview of the NERIS module. This version won't transmit any data to the NERIS system - it's simply a chance to explore how it will work and share your feedback.
Your account manager will also be reaching out by phone to help configure your account for the transition to NERIS.
Originally, our goal was to house NERIS within the existing NFIRS module. However, due to technical limitations, our team has decided to build it out as a separate module to ensure smoother functionality and long-term flexibility.
We'll send additional updates as more details become available.
