Send Quick Link To User

Follow the below instructions to send a "Quick Link" to a user for logging into the mobile app. Please note this link only works for users and not for apparatus devices.

1. CLICK HERE to go to personnel list.

2. Select a personnel record from the list.

3. Select the to the right of the button.

4. Click the "Reset Quick Link" option. This will send a text message out with 2 links. The first link will be the download link for the app. The second link will be a login link. Please do not launch the app after installation. Instead have your user click the second link.

IMPORTANT! This link can only be used once for security purposes. You will need to send a new quick link each time the user wants to setup the app for the first time on the device.
