Creating a checklist template can greatly streamline your workflow and improve efficiency. By following a structured approach, you can easily organize your tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Step 1: Accessing the Checklist Templates:

  1. Go to the Main Menu of your application.
  2. Navigate to "Data Settings" and select "Checklist Templates."

Step 2: Creating a New Checklist Template:

  1. On the Checklist Templates page, locate the "Create Checklist Template" button at the top right corner and click on it.
  2. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to enter the name of your checklist template. Provide a descriptive name that reflects its purpose.

Step 3: Designing the Checklist Layout:

  1. Once you've named your checklist template, click the "Checklist Layout" button located at the top right.
  2. In the "Field Types" section, you will find various types of fields that can be included in your checklist.
  3. To add a field to your checklist, simply drag and drop the desired field type onto the form in the order you prefer.
  4. After dropping a field into the form, you can customize it by entering the field name and options in the "Field Settings" section.
  5. Repeat this process for each field you want to include in your checklist.
  6. Once you have finished designing your form, click the "Done" button at the top left.

Step 4: Saving the Checklist Template:

  1. After finalizing the checklist layout, press the "Save" button to store your template.
  2. Congratulations! You have successfully created a checklist template that can be utilized in the Checklist module.

Step 5: Accessing the Checklist Module and Using the Template:

  1. To access the Checklist module, return to the Main Menu.
  2. Navigate to "Checklists" and click on it.
  3. On the Checklists page, click the "Create Checklist" button located at the top right corner.
  4. In the "Checklist Template" field, select the template you just created.
  5. The checklist template form will now be displayed, allowing you to complete the checklist with the designated fields and options.
