To update your incident numbers, follow the below instructions
1. Click "My Account" from the top right menu.
2. Click the button at the top left of the accounts page
3. Scroll to the "Numbering" section
4. Locate the "Next Incident #" field. In this field you can enter your next incident number. All numbers will be formatted to the YY-12345 format when creating a new incident. If you wish for your next incident number to be 23-00001 then you would set this field to "1".
